  We ordered 11 windows and 2 patio doors through Earth Sense in July 2017. It is January 2018 and I am still waiting on my last window to come in along with missing parts from the first shipment. Originally I was told that the windows would be ready for pickup in 3 - 4 weeks. After that time passed with no update, I called only to find out that they didn't start making my patio doors because they didn't know which way to have the doors open. Had I not called, who knows how long it would have then them to reach out. In my originally order, one of the windows was ordered the wrong size. When I called to work through the situation, I was provided with nothing but an answer of it wasn't their fault and I had to purchase a new window. The order error was entirely Earth Sense's fault but I was asking them to take partial fault along with myself and my contractor. The employees are not responsive and I often have to call multiple times throughout a week to get a call back. I don't know what percent of my issue is actually from Earth Sense or the window manufacturer but regardless it is unbelievable and I would not recommend this company for windows. While it is a nice product, I would have rather spent a little more money and went with a more reputable company and avoid this situation entirely.
